Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference as a sales manager? subheading

Geason Training has an excellent opportunity for a full time sales manager as the sales team is expanding. This is a key role and an opportunity for the successful candidate to build their personal brand and gain experience in a fast paced dynamic organisation.

As sales manager, you will assume responsibility for managing high performance sales activities throughout the UK marketplace focusing specifically on training and apprenticeships in construction.

Principal Accountabilities:

o Manage and communicate effectively with the sales team daily to ensure the team is motivated and focused on their objectives
o Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities and grow existing accounts in line with business objectives
o Develop key relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders
o Oversee the sales administration function and be responsible for daily reporting of target against actual figures
o Implement and manage the introduction of a CRM system into the sales team to enhance customer experience and business process
o Work with senior management on developing the sales team strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets in line with the business KPI strategy

Experience Required:

o Five years plus sales management experience – essential
o Proven track record of new business delivery including account growth – essential
o Demonstrable evidence of strong and robust relationships with multi contact points within customers – essentialo Strong presentation and communication skills – essential
o Excellent negotiation skills – essential
o Excellent communications skills – essential
o Experience in selling capital equipment – preferable
Salary:

Competitive basic salary of £37- £42,000 depending on experience + Car + Commission OTE £75K +

* This role is head office based in Glasgow with frequent travel throughout England.

Geason Training have an excellent opportunity in their teaching and learning department subheading-2We have a vacancy for a Senior Operations Manager reporting to the Operations Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for the line management, coordination and supervision of the operations department at Geason Training which includes the compliance team, training teams and the planning team.

The role includes the following areas of responsibility:

  • Accountability for the delivery of agreed targets and KPI’s in line with company budgets
  • Improvement of processes and policies for the department in line with the organisation’s goals
  • Accountability for the operations department output and maximise efficiencies through quality planning
  • Ensure on site health safety and environmental policies are adhered to, to ensure well being of employees and learners
  • Drive continuous improvement and a right first time culture through all departments

Do you have the following key skills?

  • Minimum of two years experience working with apprenticeships
  • Curriculum development and delivery of progress and timely completions
  • Knowledge and experience of operational and organisational effectiveness
  • Capable of delivering results against targets in line with company budgets
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and maximise employee performance
  • Coaching skills to improve the business operations experience for internal and external customers

Excellent Opportunity for Bricklaying Tutors in the London Area

Are you looking for a new challenge? We have an excellent opportunity for the right candidates to deliver our Level 2 in Bricklaying (Trowel Occupations). This will involve enrolment of learners including skill scan/training needs analysis and the delivery of training via the work place.

Do you have the following key skills?

  • A Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (formerly known as A1)A NVQ level 2 in Brickwork (Trowel Occupations) or be able to demonstrate occupational experience within the field of Bricklaying (Trowel Occupations)?
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.Practical experience/competence/knowledge of Bricklaying (Trowel Occupations).
  • Basic understanding of IT such as Microsoft outlook, Microsoft excel and familiarity with iPads.Also previous experience of our new online platform Smart Assessor would be an advantage.construction image
  • A current/valid CSCS card to ensure access to site.
  • A driving licence.

This role is London based however occasional over night stays may be required
