You Said – We Did

At Geason Training we put the Learner Experience at the heart of everything we do so we ask for feedback on a regular basis and treat every point seriously.

In September 2018, we reached out to 302 live learners in total via telephone and the results were recorded directly onto Survey Monkey.

This was to supplement the on-programme and induction surveys conducted throughout 2017 -18 academic year. The survey reached out to 302 live learners in total.

We were delighted to hear that 94% of the learners surveyed felt that they had learned new skills relevant to their job during the time they spent on their course.

The image below highlights some of the actions we have implemented since undertaking the survey such as recruiting a Customer Service Manager to co-ordinate information to and from learners.

 

We value the feedback our learners provide and use it to ensure we are constantly developing and improving our services to align with their needs.
