Construction Site Supervision | Civil Engineering Pathway

This is a work-based learning qualification that enables learners to work in the field of Civil Engineering while working for a company or local authority that builds large construction projects like bridges, factories and hospitals. There is an emphasis on studying surveying, soil mechanics and civil engineering technology.

Following the Civil Engineering Pathway, it is advisable that candidates already hold a Level 3 qualification in Mathematics. This qualification entails a NVQ in site supervision alongside the academic qualification.

Who is this suitable for?

This qualification is ideal for you if you already work in the construction civil engineering industry and are required to supervise the day to day running of a construction site. This is an academic and competency based qualification; good study skills are required along with the ability to work on projects .

Course Contents

  • Cskills NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Site Supervision.
  • BTEC Level 4 HNC Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment.
