Construction Site Supervision - Residential Development Pathway

Level 4
24 Months

This is a work-based learning qualification that enables learners to work as a site supervisor in the construction industry. As a site supervisor, apprentices will plan work activities and resources, co-ordinate and organise work, implement communications systems and control work progress on a construction site against agreed programs. It is advisable that apprentices already hold a Level 3 qualification in construction, but this can be from a variety of trade backgrounds.

Who is this suitable for?

This course is designed for new or experienced site managers working within the construction sector who are looking to advance, develop new skills and knowledge and progress within their employment. This is an academic and competency based qualification.

Entry Requirement

It is an ideal qualification to take if you already hold other Level 3 construction qualifications such as a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision and wish to gain a Level 4

qualification to supervise the day to day running of a construction site.
