Trainee Installation Supervisor (Partner Vacancy)

Working under the supervision of an Installation Manager.

Surveying, measuring and checking all dimensions prior to manufacture and installation. Managing fitting teams. Site visits to check conditions before installation. Checking quality on site. Preparing the health and safety documentation. Carrying out site toolbox talks. Maintaining installation programme. Ordering and scheduling materials. Learning basic estimating and quantity surveying

The position is full-time. You will be part of a small team based at our Head Office in Sandhills, Merseyside.

Capricorn work throughout the UK and the successful candidate will be visiting multiple sites.

  • Ideally experience of working on site.

A full driving licence (preferable) or actively seeking to obtain. If an individual used their own vehicle for business use they would be paid a HMRC approved mileage allowance.

Must hold 5 GCSEs (graded A* to C or 9 to 5) or equivalent including English/ Maths and have been a resident in the UK/EEA/EU for the last 3 years.

The salary will reflect the level of experience and age, min £5p/h to potential £ 10 p/h subject to level of experience and capability.
